The excellent reputation that Meccanica CGA has gained throughout the world can only be consolidated by means of a process of improvement of the three strategic levers that guarantee customer satisfaction and company profitability: quality, time and cost.
The commitments to, investments in and character of the Company's work need to develop and take shape using a suitable reference model compatible with the international industrial system that takes account of and is consistent with Meccanica CGA corporate style and culture.

The General Manager has therefore defined the five core areas of Meccanica CGA (organisation, growth, business, challenges and future) that will be the basis of decisions over the coming years, along with the following strategic objectives:

- organisational structure capable of ensuring effective response to the market, efficiency and quick decision-making;
- optimisation and simplification of corporate processes;
- increased prevention work;
- maintaining the functions of the company Quality System according to standards UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 and UNI EN ISO/TS 16949:2000 in which
  certification is a means and not an end;
- research and implementation of innovative technology that meets market expectations;
- reduced product design and development times.

Since the people who actually work in Meccanica CGA are the most important and essential element for achieving these objectives, special attention is paid to all forms of organisation and training that allow everyone to make a personal contribution towards improvement.
