Industrialisation and manufacture of our products created from mechanical parts (mainly comprising sheet metal and shaped piping made from steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, titanium, special alloys, etc.) and components (not just metal, but also plastic, rubber, etc.) is accomplished by assembly, fitting, forming, CNC (Numeric Control), bespoke machining, tooling design and fabrication, metal and sheet-metal working, precision machining, micro-blanking of titanium components, laser cutting, stamping, turning, milling, punching, bending, blanking, drawing, robotic welding, projection welding, inert chamber welding, MIG welding, condenser-discharge welding, TIG and MAG welding, braze welding, crimping, CNC machining, boring, grinding, co-design, co-making, dies, tooling, riveting, heat treatment, surface treatment, zinc plating, hot dip galvanising, nickel plating, electrophoresis, Geomet and Dacromet coating.
